At Shine Social & Communities inclusivity is at the core of our mission. We strive to provide services that are accessible to everyone and we warmly welcome participants at any point in their journey to participate in our group programs.
We believe that every person has the right to benefit from our programs, regardless of their background or circumstances.
We understand that some individuals may require additional support and we completely support and encourage attendance with individual support workers. So, if you would like to being your support worker to our programs, you are more than welcome to do so.
Our goal is to create a sage and supportive environment for everyone who joins us.
Our programs are fully funded under the NDIS, whether through CORE or Capacity Building at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:3.
The CORE support covers social and community participation, as well as daily life assistance.

Absolutely! Our programs are designed to offer you choice and control.
One of our team members will arrange a personal meeting with you to discuss intake procedures and provide a detailed overview of our program structure.
After that, it’s entirely up to you! You have the freedom to select the activities that align with your preferences and requirements.
It’s important to keep in mind that our Art Programs operate on a term-based system. We want to make sure you’re aware of this so you can plan accordingly and get the most out of your experience with us.
Shine provides a convenient service of picking up and dropping off right at your doorstep. No need to worry about transportation because we’ve got you covered!
We offer group programs that are customised to your needs, with a ratio of 1:1 or 1:3 and a maximum group size of 18 people.
Our team of committed support workers regularly facilitates these programs, and we will make every effort to ensure that you get the support worker you prefer.
However, in some cases, we may need to make adjustments, and we will inform you of any changes as soon as possible. Our team of dedicated workers will be there to support you at every stage of the program.
