Our individual support services are tailored to each participants unique needs and goals. Our services are available both in-home and in the community. In-home services include personal care, domestic assistance and home modification support.

Our community-based services include social and recreational activities, transportation, and support with education and employment. To access NDIS individual support, you need to be eligible for the NDIS and have an approved NDIS plan. From there you can choose us as your provide and where we will work with you to develop a support plan.
Individual support services provides a range of benefits, including increased independence, improved quality of life, greater community participation, access to new opportunities and experiences and tailored support that meet’s the participant’s specific needs and goals.
The frequency and duration of individual support depends on the participant’s support needs and goals, as outlined in their NDIS plan. The plan is reviewed regularly, and adjustments can be made to ensure that the participant receives the appropriate level of support.
In addition to individual support, Shine offers a range of services to NDIS participants in the Sunshine Coast and Dubbo, including short term accommodation, supported independent living, camps and getaways, group programs, and supported employment opportunities.
