All feedback is confidential and will ensure continuation of a quality service for all participants with a focus on attention to detail and above all client satisfaction. 

 

Other ways to give feedback

You have a choice on how you wish your voice to be heard. We strive for excellence and your voice enables Shine to strengthen our knowledge. 

  • Feedback received and sent to the responsible person and direct internally acknowledgement – the conversation have been started. 
  • Once we receive feedback we will send through to the responsible person
  • Answers – the person responsible will be in contact to gain  clarification
  • Action – internal investigation will begin
  • Apology and review of processes

If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately please allow us up to 5 business days for the mater to be investigated by the Director.

Your Rights
When complaints cannot be resolved internally, the complainant may be referred to the following:
  • NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Phone: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677 National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544. Interpreters can be arranged.
  • A NDIS Complaint Contact Form can be completed online at business.gov.au
